Job summary

Allegiance Trucks, LLC in Olyphant, PA is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to handle parts order requests via telephone, e-mail, or in person and to locate parts using manufacturer and vendor catalogs.

You will advise customers on related parts, follow up on backordered items, ensure inventory control practices, and communicate with the Parts Manager and Service Department to confirm availability and pricing; you may assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in parts sales or related field.
• Ability to interpret manufacturer catalogs and identify parts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
