Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for each repair order. You will verify accuracy and quality of parts to support timely repairs and superior customer experiences.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong organization, and effective communication. Work is on-site with competitive benefits and room for growth within a leading collision repair network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years experience working with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills.
• I-Car registration in progress (Gold Class encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders and verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter part invoices into MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Label and track parts by RO number and communicate price changes.
• Monitor parts performance and manage vendor invoices with MIS.
• Maintain accurate filing for invoices and credits.
• Support fast-paced environment and collaborate with team.
