Job summary

Boyd Group Services in Florida seeks a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for repair orders. You will verify part quality and accuracy to support the production schedule and customer experience.

Responsibilities include working with vendors, entering invoices in MIS, tracking Parts Price Changes, and ensuring timely distribution of parts to the shop. This role requires 1–3+ years in auto parts and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
• I-Car Registered or working toward Gold Class certification.
• Customer service oriented and able to prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while managing parts orders and returns.
• Verify accuracy and timeliness of parts per production schedule.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and vendors.
• Order and receive parts, ensuring quality and correct quantities.
• Distribute parts to shop in line with production schedule.
• Enter invoices into MIS and track parts vendor histories.
• Label, store, and track parts by RO number with vehicles.
• Monitor price changes and communicate to staff as needed.
• Ensure proper discounts on vendor invoices to protect margins.
