The Boyd Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Port Richey, FL to manage parts for repair orders, verify accuracy, and ensure timely delivery to the shop. You will handle invoices in the MIS, track parts by RO number, and communicate price changes to the team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in auto parts, strong customer service, and good organizational skills. I-CAR certification is a plus, with the ability to lift heavy parts and work under pressure.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented and able to handle pressure.
• I-CAR Registered or working towards Gold Class certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per the production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS and track by RO number.
• Label and track parts, communicate price changes to team members.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
