Job summary

The Boyd Group is hiring a Parts Coordinator at our Savannah, GA shop. You will manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order to support the production schedule and vehicle needs.

Key duties include documenting parts invoices in the MIS, labeling and tracking parts by RO number, communicating price changes, and ensuring parts are available on time. A High School diploma and 1–3+ years automotive parts experience are required; I-Car registration is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organization.
• I-Car registration in progress (Gold Class preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team as needed.
• Order and receive parts with vendors; verify quality and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicle.
• Monitor parts price changes and vendor invoices for discounts.
