Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Columbus, GA to manage the ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning of auto parts for repair orders. You will verify parts accuracy, quality, and timeliness to support shop production and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices in MIS, labeling parts by RO, and ensuring correct discounts with vendors while maintaining strong communication with teammates and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts, auto body parts a bonus.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability under pressure.
• I-Car Registered, working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts per repair orders.
• Ensure timely parts distribution per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with the vehicle.
• Monitor and reconcile parts vendor invoices; report price changes (PPI).
• Ensure invoices and credits posted and filed timely.
• Maintain correct negotiated discounts with vendor invoices.
