The Boyd Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator for our Montgomery, AL location to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing the end-to-end parts process for repair orders. You will verify part quality and accuracy, coordinate with vendors, enter invoices into the MIS, label and track parts by RO, and ensure timely distribution according to the production schedule.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication and problem-solving

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years in automotive parts; auto body parts a bonus.
• I-Car registered (Gold Class in progress).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts per repair orders, ensuring quality and correct quantities.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by the RO number and manage price changes.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and monitor performance of parts and sublets.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
