Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Burlington, WA seeks a Parts Coordinator to manage parts across repair orders, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and proper storage. You will verify parts, liaise with vendors, and handle MIS invoicing to support production schedules.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with I-CAR registration being a plus. On-site role with comprehensive employee benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• I-CAR registered or working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts per repair orders, ensuring quality, correctness and quantity.
• Enter all parts invoices into the Management Information System (MIS).
• Label and track all parts by the RO number and store with the vehicle/repair schedule.
• Monitor Parts Price Changes (PPI) and communicate to required team members.
• Order and receive supplemental parts in the MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Maintain accurate vendor invoices and filing.
