Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to enhance the customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness and collaboration with the shop and vendors.

You will verify parts, manage invoices in the MIS, and track price changes while ensuring parts are available to support the production schedule and vehicle needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1–3+ years of experience in automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented and organized to manage pressure and conflicting demands.
• I-Car Registered or working towards Gold Class certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received per production schedule and vehicle needs.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and communicate price changes to team members.
• Label, track and store parts by RO number and ensure timely distribution to the shop.
