Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide an exceptional customer experience by managing the order, receiving, storing and dispatching of parts for each repair order.

You will verify the accuracy and quality of parts, work with vendors, and enter invoices into the MIS to keep the shop informed and on schedule. Prior auto parts experience and I‑Car training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• I-Car registration progress toward Gold Class.
• Customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts orders, receiving, storage and distribution per repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts against production schedule.
• Communicate parts needs to shop team and vendors.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and reconcile invoices.
• Label, track and store parts by RO number with vehicles.
• Monitor parts pricing changes and update the team.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to meet production schedule.
