Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking a Parts Coordinator to backfill a temporary leave. You will manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery per production needs.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer experience, vendor coordination, and MIS data entry, with a focus on controlling costs and maintaining parts availability in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills.
• I-Car registration or progress toward Gold Class is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan and customer experience.
• Communicate requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order/receive parts per repair orders; verify quality and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into the MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Label and track parts by RO number; monitor price changes.
• Maintain accurate parts records and assist with stock management.
