Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida seeks a Parts Coordinator to backfill a leave position. You will manage parts ordering, receiving, storage and dispatch for repair orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the shop.

You will verify parts against schedules, enter invoices into the MIS and communicate changes to the team, supporting a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years in automotive parts handling.
• I-Car registered, working toward Gold Class.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number.
• Notify team of price changes (PPI).
• Manage vendor invoices and negotiate discounts.
• Daily reconciliation of vendor invoice history.
• Tag and store parts with vehicles and repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
