Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Mentor, OH is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing the ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning of parts for each repair order. You will verify the accuracy and quality of parts in a timely manner to meet production needs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience
• Customer service oriented and well-organized
• I-Car registered or working towards Gold Class

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently
• Communicate customer requests to team
• Order and receive parts per repair orders, ensuring quality and quantity
• Distribute parts to the shop on schedule
• Enter part invoices into MIS
• Label and track parts by RO number
• Monitor vendor invoices and price changes
• Maintain profitability with negotiated discounts
