Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Killeen, TX is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide an exceptional customer experience while managing ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order.

The role requires 3–4 years of customer service experience and 1–3+ years in automotive parts, with CCC1 experience preferred. Strong organization and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus).
• Customer Service oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts, verify quality and quantities for repairs.
• Distribute parts to shop in line with production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and manage parts storage.
• Monitor parts performance and vendor invoices in the MIS.
• Ensure invoices and credits are posted and filed timely.
• Confirm negotiated discounts to maintain margins.
