Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Parts Coordinator in the United States to manage the intake and matching of delivered parts with repair orders and maintain accurate inventory records. You will inspect items for damage, return incorrect parts to vendors, and coordinate invoice postings and corrections within our estimating platform.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, clear vendor communication, and strict adherence to parts-processing procedures to keep repairs on schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders.
• Ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
• Regularly communicate with the vendor on parts status.
• Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champions' estimating platform.
• Make corrections to parts invoices as necessary.
