Job summary

Crash Champion is seeking a detail-oriented parts clerk to receive and match delivered parts against repair orders and keep the parts cart accurately updated. You will inspect items for damage, flag delays, and coordinate with vendors to track status.

Responsibilities include returning incorrect parts to vendors promptly and posting invoices in the Crash Champion Estimating Platform, making corrections as needed to ensure accurate billing and inventory records.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure proper parts on the cart.
• Inspect parts for damage if not available within two hours of expected drop-off.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
• Regularly communicate with vendor on parts status.
• Post parts invoices in the Crash Champion Estimating Platform and correct as necessary.

• Inspect parts for damage upon delivery if parts are not available within two hours of expected drop off
• Immediately return incorrect parts to the vendor
• Regularly communicate with vendor on parts status
• Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champion’s estimating platform and make corrections as necessary
