Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Parts Associate in Lafayette, LA to source, price, and manage parts for construction equipment and automotive needs. You will help customers in person, by phone, and via email, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

Parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry.
Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority.
High school diploma and valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and automotive parts.
Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs.
