Job summary

Jobtailor in Madison, Wisconsin is hiring a Parts and Inventory Specialist to answer calls, process orders, pull and stock parts, and build strong vendor relationships.

You will monitor customer satisfaction, prepare quotes, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory across stockrooms, vehicles, and consignments. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a team; lift truck experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills.
• Parts or inventory control experience preferred.
• Lift truck industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
