Job summary

Kocourek Automotive Group in Alabama seeks a Parts Advisor to help guests and technicians by identifying parts, processing orders, and maintaining a well-stocked parts department. You will use catalog systems, assist across service and sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have prior parts experience, strong communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries in person, by phone, and email
• Identify and locate OEM parts using catalog systems and inventory tools

• Track inventory levels and assist with restocking
• Coordinate with service and sales to ensure timely parts delivery

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email

• Accurately identify and locate OEM parts using catalog systems and inventory tools

• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims

• Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department

• Track inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed

• Coordinate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts delivery

• Provide exceptional customer service and support a smooth, efficient workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts department (Toyota experience is a plus!)

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with parts catalog systems

• Valid driver’s license

• Complete pre-employment drug screening
