Job summary

Kocourek Automotive is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Toyota dealership. You will assist guests and service teams with parts inquiries, identify OEM parts via catalogs, and manage orders and returns to keep the parts department organized and stocked.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience working in automotive parts department or as a Parts Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with parts catalog systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completing pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
