Kocourek Chevrolet is seeking a Parts Advisor to support our team in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on helping guests and technicians with parts inquiries, locating OEM parts using catalogs, processing orders, and maintaining organized inventory.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment drug screening are required.

Formación

• Experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts department (Toyota experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with parts catalog systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Accurately identify and locate OEM parts using catalog systems and inventory tools.
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department.
• Track inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
• Coordinate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a smooth, efficient workflow.

What You’ll Do:
