Job summary

Kocourek Automotive in Appleton, WI is seeking a Parts Advisor to support our parts department. You will assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries and help maintain an organized, well-stocked inventory.

Responsibilities include identifying OEM parts, processing orders/returns, and coordinating with service and sales to ensure timely parts delivery while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts department.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with parts catalog systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Complete pre-employment drug screening.
