Job summary

Kocourek Automotive in Appleton, Wisconsin, is seeking a friendly Parts Advisor to assist guests, identify OEM parts, and support technicians. This role emphasizes accurate cataloging, responsive service, and organized inventory.

You’ll collaborate with service and sales teams, handle inquiries in person, by phone, or email, and ensure timely parts delivery. Prior experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts department is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with parts catalog systems and OEM parts.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
