Job summary

Lithia Motors in Ann Arbor is hiring a Parts Advisor to deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone. You will manage parts inventory, place reorders, and ensure timely parts delivery while using CDK/Reynolds software to support daily operations.

Minimum 2+ years’ GM-brand experience and a valid driver’s license are required. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive Total Rewards package accompany the role.

• 2+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor with GM brands.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with CDK or Reynolds systems.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
