Job summary

Baierl Chevrolet in Wexford, PA is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, answer questions, check stock, and take parts orders with a focus on speed and professionalism. You’ll coordinate with the Service Team to secure parts for repairs and service needs.

Qualified candidates bring CDK experience if possible, a background as a Parts Advisor, and excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and clean driving record are also important; this is a full-time

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email.
• Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock availability, and taking parts orders quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service with the Service Team.
• Order parts from suppliers based on collision department and customer requests.
• Create accurate invoices.
