Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Yuba City is seeking a Parts Advisor to support dealership operations. You will maintain a clean counter and stockroom, interact with the Service Team to coordinate parts, and order items from suppliers based on service requests.

You will also invoice, receive and store parts, manage inventory records, and handle payments and returns as needed. The role requires 2+ years of automotive parts knowledge, strong math skills for inventory and invoicing, and a valid

• Automotive knowledge with 2+ years of parts experience.
• Strong math skills for inventory, payments and invoices.
• Solid knowledge of automotive parts with 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, professional counter, work area and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts with Service Team for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on service requests.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack and store parts; ensure proper inventory controls.
• Verify quantities and costs against invoices and purchase orders.
• Assist with core returns, warranties and parts returns as needed.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
