Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Anchorage is seeking a Parts Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, help technicians find the right parts, and manage inventory. You will source, order, and track parts, assist customers and vendors, and ensure accurate records while maintaining a clean, ready-for-customer parts area.

You should have 1+ year of customer service experience; familiarity with automotive parts and dealership software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous Parts Advisor experience preferred, but willingness to learn is valued.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts, components, and vehicle systems.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software to research, source, and track parts.
• Team-first mindset with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers and technicians find the right parts and accessories.
• Assist customers, vendors, and team members in person and over the phone.
• Source, order, and track parts to meet customer and service needs.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.
• Process customer payments, returns, warranties, and core returns.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors.
