Job summary

Avondale Nissan is seeking a Parts Advisor to help customers find the right parts and accessories. You will deliver exceptional service in person and by phone, collaborating with the Service Team to keep repairs moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of parts experience, basic automotive knowledge, and familiarity with inventory systems. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of parts advisor experience.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Experience with inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to resource for customers by helping them find parts and accessories.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate with Service Team to ensure technicians have needed parts.
• Source and order parts from trusted suppliers.
• Maintain organized, clean, and accurate parts Inventory.
