Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula is hiring for a Parts Advisor - Accessory Specialist. You will greet customers and vendors, manage parts inventory, and collaborate with the Service Team to source and ship parts for repairs and services.

The role requires at least 1 year in the automotive field, strong knowledge of automotive components, and a valid driver’s license. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the automotive field.
• Knowledge of automotive components and systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers and vendors.
• Maintain a clean counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service with the Service Team.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer request.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts so they are available when needed.
• Take inventory and maintain perpetual inventory controls.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
