NACD is seeking a motivated Account Program Manager to drive new business and grow existing accounts within a hybrid role at the Arlington, VA office. You will lead sponsorship and exhibit sales for the Annual Summit, Gala Awards, Lunch & Learns, and digital assets while coordinating with Partner Relations to ensure deliverables and renewals.

You will engage senior marketing leaders as a trusted advisor, create proposals, close deals, and manage partner relationships.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of sales and relationship management experience.
• Consultative advisor to senior executives and ability to interact at all levels.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with new leads and growth goals.
• Broad knowledge of sales, events, and client relations.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills and strong organizational ability.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, pitch, and close new business with new accounts and upsell existing accounts.
• Create and deliver proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth and partner satisfaction.
• Sell as a consultative advisor to senior marketing leaders and executives.
• Own sales for NACD's revenue programs: Exhibits and sponsorships for the Annual Summit; Tables and sponsorships for the Gala Awards; Sponsorships for Lunch & Learns; Digital assets and podcasts.
• Serve as the main contact for Summit exhibitors and sponsors and manage partner relationships.
• Coordinate with Partner Relations and NACD teams to meet deliverables on time.
• Gather and report on leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
• Promote NACD's brand within the partner community and governance ecosystem.
• Travel occasionally to offsite meetings and support events as needed.
