Job summary

U.S. Ski & Snowboard is seeking an Account Manager, Partnership Marketing, to own day-to-day partner relationships and drive activation programs in Park City, UT. This hybrid role requires collaboration across departments to deliver sponsor benefits and measurable business impact.

You’ll manage campaigns, track performance, and help grow renewals and upsell opportunities while representing the organization with professionalism and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of full-time account management or project planning/fulfillment experience.
• Marketing agency and/or sponsorship marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in sports or sporting events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day partner relationships and activation planning.
• Lead campaigns across marketing channels and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver partner benefits.
• Analyze performance data and prepare season recap reports.
• Drive renewals and upsell opportunities within partner portfolio.
