Job summary

8am (Formerly AffiniPay) is seeking a Business Operations Manager for Partnerships. The role is remote in the United States and focuses on owning strategy, analytics, and processes that support the Partnerships organization.

The position requires leadership in planning, reporting, and developing partner revenue dashboards, while driving quote-to-cash operations and Salesforce enhancements. Mentoring junior teammates is also part of the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owns business strategy, analytics, processes and systems for Partnerships.
• Leads executive planning and reporting for the Partnerships org.
• Develops partner revenue dashboards and monitors performance.
• Oversees quote-to-cash operations, renewals and expansions.
• Improves Salesforce and go-to-market technology tools.
• Manages partner event operations and roadmap development.
• Mentors junior teammates.
