Job summary

Toptal is hiring a Director of Partnerships Operations to lead strategic initiatives and the operating model for the Services business. You will collaborate with Services Leadership, Sales, Analytics, Product, and Finance to deliver revenue growth and operational excellence in a fully remote setup.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, you will orchestrate partner lifecycle, onboarding, enablement, and GTM alignment, while building scalable processes and a robust operating cadence across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience in partnerships operations, business operations, professional services, sales operations, process improvement, or a related role.
• Partnerships strategy and program management experience is required.
• Proven experience managing both strategic projects and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• High degree of ownership and a willingness to operate at both the strategic and executional levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end partnership lifecycle management: onboarding through contracting, enablement, marketplace listing, launch, tier progression, and reviews.
• Partner onboarding & administration: onboard and maintain partners, registrations, data collection, certifications, training, and portal management.
• Marketplace & ecosystem operations: scale ecosystem with hyperscalers, compute providers, model companies, and other partners.
• Cross-functional coordination: orchestrate inputs across Practice Leaders, GTM/Sales, Legal, Finance, and other teams.
• Partner program & tier management: track requirements, certifications, benefits, commitments, and tier progression.
• GTM and co-sell enablement: translate partnerships into executable GTM motions with sales enablement and listings.
• Operating cadence & portfolio management: run partnerships steering committee and manage 40+ partner relationships.
• Scalable processes and tooling: create repeatable workflows and documentation to scale partnership portfolio.
