Evolv is seeking a Partnerships & Implementation Manager - Financial Institutions to lead onboarding and implementation for community banks and credit unions. This role blends relationship management, project oversight, and growth strategy in a fast‑paced payments platform environment.

The position focuses on ensuring successful launches, banker engagement, and ongoing production growth within Evolv's FI channel, serving institutions typically under 15 branches.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment and onboarding of community banks and credit unions in partnership with senior DSP leadership
• Manage portfolios and day‑to‑day relationships with assigned institutions and serve as the primary point of contact post‑signature
• Conduct recurring relationship reviews, production check‑ins, and growth planning meetings with bank leadership and branch teams
• Develop strong relationships with branch managers, commercial bankers, treasury management officers, and small business teams
• Support referral generation and banker engagement through proactive communication and field support
• Stewardship of the growth and profitability of the Tier II segment
