U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding for embedded payment clients within our banking ecosystem.

You will serve as the liaison between internal teams—product, compliance, risk, operations—and external fintechs, platforms, and enterprise clients, ensuring a compliant, scalable onboarding experience. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, guiding technical integrations, and aligning onboarding activities with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management activities.
• Experience in onboarding or partner success roles in banking, fintech, or payments.
• Understanding of embedded finance and APIs.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., BSA/AML, PCI-DSS, NACHA, FFIEC).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for embedded payment clients.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and operations.
• Guide partners through integration, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement onboarding workflow improvements.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on onboarding progress and risks.
• Mentor junior onboarding managers and develop onboarding playbooks.
