Job summary

PayMitto, an Atlanta-based fintech company, is seeking an Implementations Manager to own onboarding and go-live processes from contract to production launch. You will run day-to-day implementation projects for FI clients, coordinating with engineering, compliance, and client success, serving as the point person for complex escalations.

You will move between client meetings, internal standups, and hands-on problem solving with engineering and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or implementation experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS with enterprise clients.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects with competing deadlines.
• Comfort working directly with engineering teams on technical issues, even without coding background.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of concurrent FI client implementations with unique timelines and stakeholders.
• Run client-facing implementation meetings, set expectations, and keep go-live dates on track.
• Translate client requirements into configuration and testing plans across data audits, funds flow, and compliance setup.
• Identify delays caused by configuration vs. platform or vendor issues and route to the right owner.
• Draft clear client communications, including status updates and go-live confirmations.
• Balance team workload and flag capacity constraints before they impact clients.
