Job summary

MVB Financial Corp. is hiring a Fintech Implementations Manager to lead onboarding engagements from kickoff through go-live.

You will coordinate across Compliance, BSA/AML, Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and regulatory alignment, while maintaining detailed plans and documentation. The role requires strong project management, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple fintech implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years in program or project implementation management within financial services.
• Experience with fintech, payments, Banking-as-a-Service, sponsor and/or issuing bank, or bank-fintech partnerships.
• Ability to coordinate across Compliance, BSA/AML, Risk, Legal, Operations, Technology.
• Strong client-facing skills and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day program owner for fintech onboarding engagements.
• Create onboarding plans with timelines, milestones and resources across workstreams.
• Lead onboarding kickoff and status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Compliance, BSA/AML, Risk, Legal, Operations, Technology to include requirements in the plan.
• Translate regulatory requirements into concrete program tasks and checkpoints.
• Apply onboarding framework and share feedback for improvement.
• Maintain onboarding documentation including RAID logs and milestone trackers.
• Support pre-launch readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions.
