Job summary

PayMitto is an Atlanta-based fintech company seeking an Implementations Manager to own onboarding and go-live processes for FI clients. You will coordinate with engineering, compliance, and client success while handling complex escalations.

The role blends structured project management with hands-on technical problem solving. You will manage multiple concurrent implementations, run client-facing meetings, and ensure timely go-lives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or implementation experience in fintech/payments or B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple client-facing projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially for delay updates to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of FI client implementations with timelines and stakeholders.
• Lead client-facing implementation meetings and manage go-live dates.
• Translate client requirements into configuration and testing plans across data audits, funds flow, compliance, reconciliation, and UAT.
• Identify delays caused by configuration vs platform/vendor issues and route quickly.
• Draft clear client communications including status updates and go-live confirmations.
• Balance team workload and flag capacity constraints to leadership.
