Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay seeks a Field Manager to lead restaurant relationships and day-to-day operations for the Round Up program. You will supervise engagement with McDonald’s teams, coordinate field activities across the Greater Tampa Bay region, and ensure timely fundraising progress while maintaining accurate program records.

Competenze

• 3 years of professional experience coordinating a program, partnership portfolio, field operation, fundraising initiative, or similar multi-location work.
• 3 years of professional experience building trusted relationships, communicating clearly in writing and in person, and providing responsive partner service.
• Experience speaking in front of groups.
• Experience coordinating work through collaboration and influence, organizing competing priorities, and following through on commitments that support program success.
• Experience using data to guide decisions.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and using Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel and SharePoint.

Mansioni

• Build and sustain trusted relationships with McDonald's owner/operators, General Managers, restaurant teams, and leadership groups to increase Round Up participation.
• Identify opportunities to engage prospective restaurants and expand program participation.
• Provide responsive support, confirm visit details, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Represent Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay at relevant meetings to align priorities and coordinate actions.
• Develop incentive, recognition, and engagement strategies for restaurant teams.
• Coordinate regular restaurant visits across the Greater Tampa Bay region and provide program updates.
• Capture photographs, family stories, and impact communications to demonstrate Round Up value.
• Oversee incentive fulfillment processes and budget-compliant distribution.
• Lead day-to-day operations and plan field coverage across 11 counties.
• Maintain accurate program data across systems and deliver timely progress reports.
• Collaborate on contracts, spending approvals, and notable initiatives within the team.
