Ronald McDonald House Louisville is seeking a Corporate Giving Officer to lead donor relationships and the McDonald’s Round-Up program. This full-time role requires in-person work at our Downtown Louisville location with local and regional travel.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of front-line fundraising or corporate partnerships experience, a proven ability to meet revenue goals, and strong relationship-building and communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success as a front-line fundraiser or experience with corporate partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and fundraising goals.
• Self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse individuals and groups.

Responsabilidades

• Provide innovative and strategic leadership in management and growth of corporate donor relationships, including McDonald’s Round-Up program.
• Increase giving from existing and new corporate donors to meet revenue goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current donors through regular visits and communications.
• Collaborate with communications and other teams to create sponsorship collateral and materials.
• Prepare donor proposals and close corporate donor asks.
• Coordinate year-round Round-Up activities with McDonald’s Owner/Operators and teams.
