Job summary

LBX is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in the forex or crypto sector to drive new partnerships and expand our partner network. You will acquire and onboard Introducing Broker partners, manage relationships, and ensure performance against KPIs, while providing market insights and timely feedback.

The role requires at least 1 year in a BD role within finance/crypto, strong English communication, and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Business Development role within brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange, or neobank industries.
• Strong understanding of international financial markets, FX preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Confident on the phone and skilled in negotiation and pitching.
• Proficient in MS Excel and overall MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Introducing Broker (IB) partners.
• On-board new IB partners.
• Manage relationships with partners to build loyalty.
• Perform ongoing due diligence on partners.
• Present Libertex products, services and terms to partners.
• Advise partners’ staff on sales and monitor performance.
• Work with team to meet KPIs and prepare monthly partner performance reports.
• Handle issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
