Job summary

Bybit is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our Peer-to-Peer trading footprint across LATAM markets. You will identify and onboard merchants, craft local partnerships, and drive trading volume and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in BD, deep LATAM crypto knowledge, and fluent Spanish. Portuguese is a plus. This role offers a remote, fast-paced environment with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in crypto/fintech/payments.
• Strong understanding of P2P trading mechanics and LATAM crypto landscape.
• Existing LATAM network of merchants or payment agents is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable using KPIs and data to track performance.
• Self-starter capable of working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of LATAM payment methods (PIX, SPEI, PSE, etc.) and regulatory nuances.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-volume P2P merchants across LATAM.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for LATAM countries.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, payment partners, local agents.
• Monitor regulatory environments and payment trends.
• Own P2P trading volume, merchant count, and revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations, Marketing.
• Represent Bybit at local crypto/fintech events and meetups.
