Libertex Group seeks a senior Business Development leader to manage and mentor BDMs in the GCC market. You will set sales targets, recruit partners, and drive growth across IBs and institutional networks, while coaching on market trends and company offerings. You will also coordinate with internal teams and present performance insights to senior management.

The role requires leadership, cross-cultural communication, and a deep understanding of GCC financial markets and trading regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Forex/CFD business development with GCC focus, including 2 years in a team lead role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mentor a team of BDMs focused on the GCC market.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
• Provide training and guidance on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
• Analyse team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.
