Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team in Norman, OK. You will coordinate day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, ensuring assets are tracked and delivered for campus activations and gameday operations.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with university staff and brand partners to bring partnerships to life, support budgets and reporting, and help execute on-site events with a team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or related field (internships or early career okay).
• Strong organization and high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with initiative and flexibility to support where needed.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms.
• Serve as liaison between property team, university staff, and brand partners.
• Build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders as a Learfield representative.
• Track sponsorship inventory and maintain records of deliverables.
• Assist gameday operations including setup, signage, hospitality, and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff to support on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for partnership elements.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, contracts, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, digital, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
