Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Partnership Solutions Coordinator to support corporate sponsorship activations on campus and to coordinate day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts. You’ll work with university contacts, brand partners, and internal teams to track assets, deliver campaign elements, and help manage gameday operations.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and hands-on logistics in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow in sports sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with initiative and reliability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms.
• Serve as liaison between property team, university staff, and brand partners for smooth asset delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations, including setup and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff to support on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, contracts, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution.
