Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager, Partner Success to own quality, speed, and cost outcomes across the partner network. You will oversee the operating loop turning frontline signals into measurable improvements, set partner standards, and represent PxS in cross‑functional decisions.

This role reports to the Director, Partner Success and may require up to 40% travel. You will lead programs to improve outcomes, collaborate on network redesign, and mentor leadership while driving quarterly

Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with 7+ years in people management.
• Experience leading support, operations, or quality at scale with KPI ownership.
• Ability to structure and lead end-to-end strategy on complex, ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve audience outcomes by delivering Perfect Interactions and reducing escalations.
• Partner on network redesign to optimize routing and uptime.
• Serve as primary thought partner for cross-functional teams to align goals.
• Align reporting so teams work from a single source of truth and understand priorities.
• Mentor leadership, coaching managers and ICs toward higher standards.
• Demonstrate AI fluency by implementing AI solutions for quality monitoring.
