Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a highly technical, customer-focused engineer to deploy our voice AI platform into enterprise restaurant environments. You will collaborate with customer leadership and engineering teams, write code, and ensure deployments deliver measurable business value from day one.

You’ll embed with restaurant brands and technology partners, learn their systems deeply, and tailor our platform to real-world needs.

Qualifications

Excellent software engineer with depth across APIs, SDKs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure.
Strong customer obsession and ability to own deployments from start to finish.
Able to learn quickly, adapt to ambiguity, and solve gritty technical problems.

Responsibilities

Embed with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer and lead technical discovery.
Own end-to-end technical implementation of the platform for enterprise customers—from scoping to go-live and optimization.
Adapt and configure the platform to meet each customer’s operational requirements (menus, ordering flows, POS integrations, edge cases).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in live deployments; serve as escalation point when needed.
Codify patterns into tools, playbooks, reference architectures, and building blocks for future deployments.
Translate real-world deployment challenges into actionable product requirements; be the voice of the customer inside the company.
