Job summary

Deepgram is seeking an engineer to embed with restaurant brands to deploy and customize our voice AI platform for high-volume dining environments. You will combine hands-on coding, integration work, and customer collaboration to ensure deployments succeed.

You'll own the technical path from discovery to go-live and optimize, while translating field learnings into product improvements. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise deployments.
• Adapt platform to meet unique customer requirements (menu structures, ordering flows, POS integrations, edge cases).
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve live deployment issues.
• Codify patterns into tools, playbooks, reference architectures.
• Translate deployment challenges into product requirements.
