Job summary

Deepgram is seeking an engineer in New York City or San Francisco to own enterprise deployments of our voice AI platform. You will embed with customer engineering teams, design integration paths, write code, troubleshoot production issues, and adapt Deepgram’s platform to live restaurant operations.

You will translate field learnings into product improvements, build reference architectures, and create playbooks to help teams deploy faster across fleets.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex deployments in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise customers—from scoping to go-live.
• Configure and customize the platform to meet each customer’s operational requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in deployments.
• Codify patterns into tools, playbooks, and reference architectures.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
