Job summary

Deepgram is seeking Forward-Deployed Engineers to embed with strategic accounts and deliver production-grade voice AI integrations. You will deploy with a pod, build end-to-end solutions, and work directly with customers to ensure success.

Expect heavy on-site engagement, rapid iteration, and close collaboration with research and product teams. The role requires strong backend and API design skills, production deployment experience, and comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience with production systems.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and services.
• Familiarity with cloud infra and deployment patterns.
• Experience working with customers and translating needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end solutions and tooling for customers.
• Design, develop, and maintain production-scale integrations with customer systems (POS, loyalty, data platforms).
• Spend significant time on-site with customers and their teams.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize deployed solutions in production.
